Jeff is an industry senior executive in the Smart Apartment and Smart Building Technology sector.

Jeff is currently a principal and serves as the Chief Revenue Officer of ePropertyCare, a nationally recognized PropTech firm that specializes in system integration activities around Smart Building Technologies for multifamily dwelling units and single family rentals.  He is a pioneer in the concept of Smart Building as a Service (SBaaS) and has developed specialized operational procedures around this concept.  His innovative approach to social media has helped to position himself and ePropertyCare as industry thought leaders. His deep industry network and emphasis on service excellence has helped the firm to grow exponentially over the last several years.

Jeff started PropTech Today because he saw a substantial gap in the access to a concise, single source of information for Real Estate Owners, Property Managers and Developers. Scouring the Internet for information he needed was taking too long and he wished that a curated collection of information that he could reference when he needed it.

Nina is a successful executive with extensive background at the intersection of management consulting, financial services, technology, entrepreneurship, and training/education.

In addition to her role at PropTech Today, she also serves as an adjunct professor at City University of New York College of Technology and a Chief of Staff at Recalibrate Capital, an investment firm focused on using technology in Real Estate investments.

Her prior experience includes working with clients in capital markets, banking, insurance, life sciences, technology, and education sectors, at KPMG, Ernst & Young, Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs. Nina earned her Master of Arts in Mathematics of Finance from Columbia University, Bachelor of Science from Long Island University. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and is a member of the Women’s Bond Club, a network for women executives.

Sandy has been a passionate advocate and trusted advisor for technology in Multifamily and Commercial Real Estate for over a decade.  Known for her enthusiasm and unique talent in translating technical speak into business outcomes as the Global Lead for MDU at Commscope and Ruckus.  Sandy has been instrumental in developing the conversation and navigating the complexity of Telecommunications, Smart Technology and Real Estate.  These skills and experience provide valuable insight and expertise for those interested in understanding the latest trends and developments in PropTech.

Mike is currently the Chief Sales Officer at Apartment List, a multifamily technology company where he oversees the holistic Go To Market strategy. His background includes 5 years of marketing and technology leadership at Nike as well as 8 years of Go To Market leadership in Multifamily. Mike is a podcast host, board member, and an avid consumer of the latest sales and marketing trends.

Todd is a well-respected multifamily veteran with over 30 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.  Before joining Cambium Networks, he held various executive leadership positions with several companies including Dojo Networks, Cablevision and Charter Communications.   In his current role as Vice President of Sales, Todd is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue for the company.

Phil is a well rounded and successful property development and operations executive and consultant. With thirty five years of Canadian and international experience, Phil Richardson has a proven track record of success measured in real dollars, through delivering double-digit gains in revenue and income. He provides strong strategic leadership and decisive tactical management combined with potent business development. His extensive career includes the profitable acquisition, entitling, development, operation and disposition of small to very large-scale retail, hospitality, leisure and residential mixed-use projects in Asia, the Middle East, and North America.

Anastasiia is a well-versed digital property product scaling expert. Anastasiia has earned a successful reputation as a competent expert in the PropTech niche. Together with the tech team, she helps numerous PropTech startups and mid-sized companies worldwide in digital transformation through scaling and product modernization.

Anastasiia applies her expert knowledge to help organizations provide better user experiences, increase product efficiency and business performance. Her main duties include developing a product roadmap, researching the target audience and PropTech markets, tracking the dynamics of the latest demands and user needs, and more. Her proven track record of success is measured by over 15 successfully launched PropTech products around the world. 

Thanks to her extensive background, Anastasiia can share valuable insights on the latest PropTech trends as well as reveal a strong correlation between technology and the evolution of the PropTech market.

Victoria Cowart, CPM, NAAEI Faculty, is the Director of Education & Outreach for PetScreening.  Previously, she was a direct multi-family industry member with extensive experience providing management and oversight for multifamily housing communities (conventional & subsidized), mobile home communities, and HOAs. She is a property management instructor and a proud graduate of both the NAAEI Advance Facilitator Training and the NAA Lyceum Program. Victoria obtained her degree in the Management of human resources and then her industry CPM designation.  She was recently certified in Mental Health First Aid.

She was honored to be commissioned a SC “Palmetto Patriot,” to receive the Charleston Regional Business Journal’s Executive “Influential Women In Business,” and the NAA AIMS Grassroots Member Advocate of the year. She has served the industry as President of both the local and state affiliates as well as having served as a Regional VP for Region IV for NAA. Victoria has chaired four Committees for NAA, most recently as the 2021 Legislative Chair.  

She is passionate about education, simplification and creating ease and understanding for industry members. Victoria is a wife, mother and a proud PetScreening pack member who also leads her own “pride” of three pound-kitties.

Emily L Wood serves as VP of Marketing and Design at Revere CRE. Alongside her duties as the company’s marketing leader, she is also responsible for launching Revere’s diversity initiative. Revere's powerful matchmaking now includes a way to connect institutional capital who are launching social impact funds with minority and women-owned companies. The goal is to provide a way to create a more diverse, and level playing field where everyone, regardless of race or gender, can thrive. Under Emily’s leadership, Revere has committed resources to help provide opportunities for women and minorities entering the industry, through the support and sponsorship of organizations dedicated to DEI in Commercial Real Estate. Prior to joining Revere, Emily launched her career in commercial real estate at G2D Group, where she was responsible for marketing, digital transformation, and local charitable initiatives. A 3X founder with more than10 years of marketing and technology experience, Emily has worked on several valuable projects, including launching WorkSmart Coworking spaces in Huntington and Hicksville, NY, and building internal software solutions for remote operation. She also started 2 women-owned and operated companies in digital marketing and publishing– Huntington Creative, a digital marketing agency focused on CRE and Proptech; and Raise Vegan Inc., a lifestyle brand and magazine for parents.

Founder and CEO of Saya Life, a company providing the "knowledge of water" to help property builders/ managers, Insurance companies and Utilities manage water related risk. My goal is to innovate and transform the world’s water data collection infrastructure specifically for multi-dwelling properties where economics are tied to water risks. Backed with 20+ years of experience working in fortune 500 companies focused on development and deployment of cutting edge IoT I founded Saya Life to address the lack of actionable data to solve water related issues specially when lack of knowledge of water causes billions in liability and loss for property owners, insurance companies and utilities. The goal was to make the overall knowledge of water entering a property data more affordable and accessible. I have gained a lot of expertise on the global water economy, water technologies, water monitoring, water policy, water quality, water risk assessment, remote sensing, climate change, sustainability, rapid prototyping, product development, Machine Learning, AI, and telling the smart water management story for Proptech. I like playing sports in my spare time.

Now acting as a principal for United Connections he is responsible for acquisitions, team management and operations. Sam is detail oriented with a focus on numbers and an excellent understanding of property financing.

Stacey Hampton founded Asset NOI Consulting, a multifamily operational and asset management consulting firm after more than 25 years of experience in Real Estate at the asset and property management level.
